I could not recommend this shop highly enough and I will be back for all future service needs. The shop has excellent communication and great service with full transparency on pricing and all planned work. I brought my VW Passat into the shop when it needed a new transmission and worked with Matthew as my service advisor. After installing the new transmission, the shop performed a thorough inspection to ensure that everything was running smoothly. Matthew reviewed the repairs, explained everything very well, and provided a clear timeline. I hope to not need many repairs in the future, but I’ll be back to this shop as soon as I do.

Justin has worked on all 3 of my cars and has always been honest and found ways to save on costs.. Kerry’s is the first place I have felt like they have not tried to get extra money out of their customers or push for stuff to get fixed…
